Weekly Off Season Schedule

Day 1

  • Warmup/Dynamic Stretch
  • Leg Swing Drill – 10 Reps
  • Ball Drops – 15 Reps
  • Contact Drill – 10 Reps
  • 20 Directional Punts
    • 10 Right (Aim for the Right #s)
    • 10 Left (Aim for the Left #s)
  • 10 Coffin Corner Punts (40 yrd line)

Day 2

  • Warmup/Dynamic Stretch
  • Rugby Drops – 10 Reps
  • 3 Step Rugby Punts – 10 Reps
  • Full Roll Rugby Punts – 15 Reps
    • Aim for the #s to the side of your kicking leg 35 yards downfield
  • Crossfield Kicks – 5 Reps

Day 3

  • Warmup/Dynamic Stretch
  • Leg Swing Drill – 10 Reps
  • Ball Drops – 15 Reps
  • Contact Drill – 10 Reps
  • 20 Directional Punts
    • 10 Right (Aim for the Right #s)
    • 10 Left (Aim for the Left #s)
  • 10 Coffin Corner Punts (40 yrd line)

Day 4

  • Warmup/Dynamic Stretch
  • Rugby Drops – 10 Reps
  • 3 Step Rugby Punts – 10 Reps
  • Full Roll Rugby Punts – 15 Reps
