- 20 Directional Punts
- 10 Right (Aim for the Right #s)
- 10 Left (Aim for the Left #s)
- 10 Coffin Corner Punts (40 yrd line)
Day 2
- Warmup/Dynamic Stretch
- Rugby Drops – 10 Reps
- 3 Step Rugby Punts – 10 Reps
- Full Roll Rugby Punts – 15 Reps
- Aim for the #s to the side of your kicking leg 35 yards downfield
- Crossfield Kicks – 5 Reps
Day 3
- Warmup/Dynamic Stretch
- Leg Swing Drill – 10 Reps
- Ball Drops – 15 Reps
- Contact Drill – 10 Reps
- 20 Directional Punts
- 10 Right (Aim for the Right #s)
- 10 Left (Aim for the Left #s)
- 10 Coffin Corner Punts (40 yrd line)
Day 4
- Warmup/Dynamic Stretch
- Rugby Drops – 10 Reps
- 3 Step Rugby Punts – 10 Reps
- Full Roll Rugby Punts – 15 Reps
- Aim for the #s to the side of your kicking leg 35 yards downfield
- Crossfield Kicks – 5 Reps
