- 25-30 Yard Field Goals (Change Hash/Field Placement) 20 – 30 Reps
Day 3
- Dynamic Warmup/Stretches
- Balance Drill – 2 Sets (10 Swings)
- Directional Kickoffs
- 10 Left
- 10 Right
- D. 25-35 Yard Field Goals (Change Hash/Field Placement) 20 – 30 Reps
- Squib Kicks – 10 Reps
- Kick the ball down the middle at a height that will get over the front lines head
- Pooch Kicks – 10 Reps
- 5 at the left numbrs 30 yards deep
- 5 at the right numbers 30 yards deep
- Onside Kicks – 10 Reps
